Processing Times
All cabinet doors and custom décor items are made to order.
• Standard production time: 14 - 21 business days
• Larger or highly customized orders may require additional time
• Production begins once payment and design confirmations are complete
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship throughout the United States using UPS or USPS.
• Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment
• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
• Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated on weight, size, and destination.
We never inflate shipping costs — you pay the carrier’s real-time rate.

Free local pickup is available by. Contact us before ordering to schedule.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Photograph the packaging and item
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We’ll assist with replacement and carrier claim.
- We do not replace Stolen package, if your package is stolen contact your local Authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
We currently ship only within the United States.
